NPDES & WPCF permits allow a site to treat and discharge wastewater. In Oregon the permits are regulated by the Department of Environmental Quality(DEQ). Our personnel can be contracted to oversee all systems permit requirements. Delta has extensive experience dealing with these regulatory permits and can help systems ensure that they meet all government requirements.
Delta employs several state certified waste water operators. Our operators can serve your system in many different capacities. Delta certified operators can serve as your systems certified operator, check your system, train employees how to run a wastewater system, and provide 24 hour emergency support.
The Department of Environmental Quality may require a wastewater system to have a wastewater operations plan. This plan includes system information, maintaince, and emergency response information. Delta is qualified to write wastewater operations plans and our prices are very competitive.
Although Delta does not repair systems or sell equipment or chemicals we have several business partners who do. We get volume discounts from many local and national companies and pass those savings onto our customers.
